Man these kick ass on jobsite! They look amazing and clearest lenses I've tried
Friend of mine told me about the the big kahuna's. Finally sunglasses that fit my big head!! Will be ordering more and telling everyone!!!
I have work Oakley Holbrook XL's for 3 years. They finally bit the dust and I was trying to avoid dropping 200 dollars for a new pair as well as I like to experiment with new brands. I really wanted to there Detour sunglasses. I really like the price and they pineapple motiff but when I tried on the sunglasses immediately I have there were issues.
1. The nose bridge width is too small and pinches the bridge of my nose
2. Side pieces have two way hinges to accomodate wider heads which is good but they do not snuggly hold me head. The sunglasses move around more than I would like and don't feel secure on my head.
3. The length of the side pieces seems short in comparison to the overall size of the sunglasses...it doesn't feel like that grasp my ear.
I've worn these sunglasses for going on a week now and I really wanted to like them but unfortuneately they are backup sunglasses at best. The search continues for a Holbrook XL cheaper replacement. Maybe the size will fit you but there are too many issues for me. I'm planning on keeping as a backup while waiting for the next competitor to arrive.
Just got my first pair of glasses and I’m impressed with the quality of the product I will definitely by more
Ordered my first pair of Big Kahuna glasses, love the quality and the customer support was awesome... Keep on keeping on Detour!!! Much love
Unfortunately these glasses didn’t live up to the hype! They were not wide enough and the frames were to short to fit over my ears. The good part is that I like the polarized lenses!
They fit my head well, only issue is staying up on the nose.
I have had the same style of big brand glasses for years because they were the only one that fit my face. They cost nearly $300. I wear a size 8 fitted hat and I’m thrilled with the size of these frames. They not only fit my head but have additional flex. For fishing the polarized lenses were just as good as the “expensive” pairs Iv had in the past.
